We want you to be fully satisfied with your sound experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Argon Audio products. If your new gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another model.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
